Keep idle actions from firing while a program holds a systemd-inhibit idle lock.

Inhibitors created with systemd-inhibit --what=idle are now honored, with general:ignore_systemd_inhibit to turn that off. hypridle now builds against sdbus-c++ 2 and runs on systems without logind. Groups v0.1.3 and v0.1.4.
Also: Inhibit cookies are released when the app that took them disconnects from D-Bus; example config added under assets/.
