Replace Omarchy's built-in notifications with grouped stacks you can act on: copy codes, reply, snooze sources, and snooze automatically offered while you share your screen.

What you can do with it

See notifications stacked by sender and expand a stack to read each one.

Good to know

Only one notification daemon can run at a time, so the built-in omarchy.notifications must be disabled.

Since v1.1.1

Use an app's own notification buttons, such as Mark as read, and reply inline to phone messages through KDE Connect.

Good to know

Inline replies need KDE Connect and its phone app, and only work when the notification exposes a matching KDE Connect reply channel.

Since v1.1.1

Click a notification to focus the app or browser window it came from.

Good to know

Web notifications open their source URL when no matching window is found; window matching by title is controlled by smartRaise.

Since v1.1.1

Snooze one sender or everything for a set time, or turn on Do Not Disturb, while still letting login codes through.

Good to know

Critical notifications still show.

Since v1.1.1

Get offered a timed snooze when you start sharing your screen, a window or an area.

Good to know

Detects sharing through the Hyprland portal only; screenshots, direct VNC capture and apps that bypass the portal are not detected. Nothing is muted until you choose.

Since v1.1.1

Choose whether notifications appear on the focused display, a specific display, or all of them.

Since v1.1.1

Review notifications that were dismissed or expired in the panel's Recent list.

Good to know

Recent clears when the shell restarts.

Since v1.1.1
Show all 12

Show the website's icon on browser notifications, fetched automatically when no local icon exists.

Good to know

Requests expose your IP and request time to the site; needs Pillow. Set fetchRemoteIcons to false in shell.json to turn it off (config-only since v1.1.1).

Since v1.1.1

Control notifications from scripts and keybindings: count, clear, toggle Do Not Disturb, copy the newest code, snooze or reply.

Since v1.1.1

Read up to 100 closed notifications, newest first, including ones held while snoozed, after a shell restart.

Good to know

Kept for historyHours (24 by default, 0 disables it); detected verification codes are redacted.

Since c389e73

Keep notifications off fullscreen windows or Steam games so they run without being covered.

v1.1.0 made Bubblewrap optional: helpers run directly as your user when it is unavailable. Set requireSandbox: true to keep requiring it. Website-icon fetching is back on by default.

Behavior changedAffects: Users upgrading from v1.0.0, where Bubblewrap was required and icon fetching was off

Read up to 100 closed notifications in a History list that survives shell restarts.

Details

Changes on main after v1.1.1, which the marketplace installs while the next release awaits approval: a History section in the panel, a fullscreenOverlay option, and click actions for Omarchy screenshot, Taildrop and crash notifications.

Git HEAD of main (marketplace or Git install); no tagged release yet. Sender-provided image files now need Pillow, otherwise they fall back to theme icons.

Details

Also: Follows the Omarchy theme; notification text scales from 75 to 200 percent; v1.1.1 makes website-icon fetching config-only.
